What is your return policy? 

We want you to love your DEL Inspirations candles. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns or exchanges of unused items within 14 days of delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days with a photo of the item and your order information. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping.

For regular returns, customers are responsible for return shipping. We are happy to cover shipping for exchanges. Refunds include the cost of the items returned only and do not include original shipping fees.
