Our website is hosted by Squarespace. It also collects technical and usage information, including your IP address, browser and device information, referring pages, pages visited, searches, and interactions with our website.

How we use information

We use information to process and deliver orders, arrange local delivery or confirmed pop-up pickup, respond to questions, manage custom candle requests, provide customer service, maintain business and tax records, and understand how visitors use our website.

When you subscribe to our mailing list, we retain your email address for DEL Inspirations news and offers. You may unsubscribe through a marketing email or contact us to request removal. Unsubscribing does not prevent necessary communications about an existing order.

Service providers

Squarespace processes information to host our website, operate our store, manage forms and contacts, and provide analytics. Our connected payment provider processes payment details. Information needed to deliver an order is provided to the applicable shipping or delivery service.

Cookies and analytics
